Not only is it legitimate, it is one of the best and efficient services I've received in Rio, and I've been coming here for years. This is the first time I've rented from Rio Bay Housing, but after arriving here I realized I had met the lady who runs it several years ago through other contacts. (In fact, it turns out that some of her friends are friends of some of my friends.) The world of classy temporary rentals is pretty small in Rio. I highly recommend Rio Bay Housing!
